HOW TO RELIEVE STRESS,DEPRESSION !







They are few effective tips to reduce stress and depression.though they are not so easy but at the same time nothing is impossible.










EFFECTIVE TIPS TO REDUCE STRESS ,DEPRESSION:-





1.Any form of excercise is good:-brisk walk,jogging,meditation,playing badminton etc.





BENEFITS OF EXCERCISE:-





When we excercise it gives us oxygen and it produces happy hormones in us.my advice is that in the morning in your nearby park you should do excercise.early in the morning there is a lot of oxygen but so much in the evening ,in the evening there is more of carbon dioxide than oxygen.





meditation:by doing meditation we get inner peace and it calms us down.





other than excercise we should do something which makes us enjoy and we love doing it.it can be anything cooking,craft making,photography or anything which u love doing.it should not be stressful.keep yourself involved in something or the other because by sitting idle we tend to think a lot and by being involved we do not get time to think.so other than juz excercise being involved in something u enjoy reduces stress and depression.they are many other things also in which you can reduce stress and depression like meeting a close frnd or counselling.in india counselling is considered not good ,they feel in ildia that if a person goes for counselling he has got some problem but its not like that infact if go counselling coz we want to share something which we cannot share everybody .infact in foreign countries every second person goes for counselling.everybody has problems in life and everybody needs support dats why family is important but what happens when family do not support then we need somebody with which we can share our problems.human mind is quite complicated and everybody needs support.so counselling also helps to reduce stress and depression.

ART OF MANAGING LIFE!







Well, if the person in this fast technological world knows the art of managing life then that means he has achieved the richest thing in life.we say that by a good qualification ,a good well paid job we are the happiest human being in the world,but is really true?then why do after having everything in life we feel lonely,sad,depressed ?the answer of these questions i need to know you from u frnds.unfortunately we have seen that not only adults but children suffer frm stress due u overburden of exams and the result of it is that they commit suicide.comparison is one of the common reason among human beings that is in children there is a competition among students to students regarding marks in studies and among adults it is job competition etc.there is also peer pressure ,marriage pressure.example:oh all my frnds have got married and m unmarried,i hv reached 30 and now i ll not get a gud groom etc,these are the questions which hunt in a person's mind.we are attracted more to negative thought than positive thought.The solution to these problems is moving step by step in life,firstly whatever u aim to do in life do in steps and give yourself reward in each step and compare your progress frm the initial stage like for example i hv at least achieved something if not lots and give yourself a small reward.maintain everyday diary and write about ur emotions,feelings and the step by step the tasks you did and what you have in life value that.see the people whoes conditions are worse than you also try to help them that is do a vountary help to them then you ll be confident about yourself and feel good about yourself.frnds do post your views how u feel about life and whenever you are low ,depressed ,stressed etc how do u manage yourself.you can freely tell me and we can share our problems.ideas etc.
